Bales, Nicholas A
Im Nicholas Bales from Toulouse, France, and here is Smokey, the unparklaned Park Lane. It started as a 1986 Park Lane, but soon lost the original decals, and got a white roof. Under the bonnet, there is just a Stage 1 kit to give it slightly decent performance. Im very proud of the home made dashboard, so thats why it appears in the picture, with my own handsome mug shot, thanks to the miracle of technology called "cut and paste". |

Brett Nicholson
My name is Brett Nicholson and I live in Melbourne, Victoria (state), Australia. I am a Christian and I am married to Sarah, with no kids yet. We are members of the Victorian Mini Club Inc. I work as a contractor to BP Oil Australia in their Retail Systems Department. I have been on the Mini-List for nearly four years. My first car was a 68 Morris Mini Deluxe given to me by my grandfather. I always regretted selling that car, so I purchased a 1970 Morris Mini K 1100 Panel van to restore/modify in Dec 1996. Restoration of this car is nearing completion, and I plan on using it daily, as well as for the occasional motorkhana. The car I am pictured with here actually belongs to good friend Ken Armstrong. It is a rare 66 Austin Mini Super-Deluxe (private import from the UK) and is very original. I often drive it to shows and have been trying to purchase this car off him for several years. I love it so much it was even one of our wedding cars! When I eventually purchase this car, it should be a good companion to my minivan. |
Captkenn
I have been trying to sort out a picture for mugshots, and in all but the very latest ones, I look far too handsome!!! So I have cobbled this one together with my 1964 998 MINI Cooper. I think it sums up my whole life really. Even on the ship, I couldnt be parted from my Coopers, and the picture of me, is a reflection of the consequences of trying to resist the Laws of Motion!! |
